A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, magnificent and absolutely perfect location. Very comfy beds and huge bathroom. Location adjacent to a bakery on the other side of the street, the main tourist sites, and Palermo.

The location of this place is amazing, right by the reception area, near the city center, and with a bakery across the street, while the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

I loved the spotless room with a fantastic bathroom including a luxurious jetted tub.

Large, comfortable rooms with high ceilings. Good amenities, including coffee/tea and strong wifi. Great location near Massimo Theater and via Maqueda. Friendly staff offer helpful local suggestions. Would stay again without hesitation.

The rooms at Bed In Spa are like a dream come true! They have everything you could ask for - a comfy bed with premium bedding, a desk to work on, and even a coffee machine for that morning pick-me-up. It's like they read my mind! I absolutely loved the air-conditioning in the rooms. It was a lifesaver after a long day of work. I could adjust it to the perfect temperature and just relax. Ultimate comfort!

The only thing that didn't quite impress me was the pillow menus. They had a lot of options, but none of them seemed to suit my personal preference.

Great staff that was accommodating and a prime location in a double room that had a relaxing jetted tub - it was a real treat! 🛁 We had a wonderful time here.

The breakfast was served in the room or at the nearby bakery, a convenient option. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of popular tourist sites.

Centrally located, nestled in the vibrant city center of Palermo, Bed In Spa Palermo offers a charming stay. the hotel provides an ideal base for exploring everything the city has to offer. With a bakery conveniently situated just across the street, indulging in freshly baked goods each morning was a delightful affair. the welcome desk area was warm and inviting, allowing us to feel instantly at ease upon arrival.

One minor setback was the lack of in-house dining options. While the surrounding area offered an array of culinary delights, it would have been convenient to have a restaurant on-site seeking a relaxing dining experience within the hotel.

Mind-blowing location, super spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, jaw-dropping design, amazing in-room jacuzzi, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel thanks to its exclusive amenities such as the spa centre and private facilities. the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. the room had luxurious advantages, such as in-room breakfast and comfortable furnishings.

The only small issue we had was the lack of seating space in the room. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The room was nicely decorated and the shower was awesome! The staff were really helpful and friendly, offering great tips from a local's perspective. the location was quite central, and we were able to walk to the main attractions in about 10 minutes.

The hotel was not easy to find as it's located within an apartment block. We had to spend about 10 minutes looking for it.
